The rules of the road

Plain-language terms that govern your use of Coachly. By using the service, you agree to them.

Last updated: April 23, 2026

Introduction

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Coachly. They apply to everyone who uses our website, web app or mobile experiences — whether as a club owner, coach, admin, parent, athlete or guest.

If you accept these terms on behalf of a club, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans, trials & billing

Coachly offers free trials and paid subscriptions. Prices and feature limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown on the invoice.
  • Refunds are handled case by case and are not generally provided for partial periods.

Acceptable use

When using Coachly, you agree not to:

  • Break applicable laws or infringe others' rights.
  • Upload malicious code, spam or unauthorized advertising.
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer the product or resell it without a written agreement.
  • Use Coachly to harass, abuse or discriminate against athletes, parents or staff.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Coachly — athlete profiles, schedules, announcements and files. You grant us a limited license to host, display and back up this content solely to operate the service. We don't use your content to train models or sell to third parties.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload the content, including consents from parents or athletes where needed.

Our intellectual property

Coachly, the Coachly name, logo, and the design and code of the product belong to us. Using the service does not transfer any of these rights to you. You may use our brand assets only with written permission.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Coachly available and fast, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create legal risk. Where practical we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. You may stop using Coachly at any time by deleting your workspace from settings.

Disclaimers

Coachly is provided “as is”. Beyond what the law requires, we don't make implied warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. You are responsible for decisions made based on the data in your workspace.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachly will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

Unless a mandatory local law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts at our registered seat, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll give you at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app banner. Continuing to use Coachly after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
